A 60 minute dance aerobic section that can be done at either low or high impact level, or the user can alternate using an interval training method proven successful by many fitness enthusiasts. Users can also choose to do a 20, 40, or the entire 60 minute segment of the program. The class begins with an upbeat warm-up that doesn't include stretching, and ends with a cool-down segment, then a brief stretch-out. This class is quite upbeat, and while an exercise regimen should be challenging, this may be too upbeat for new users. After the class, Jane hosts a 15 minute discussion on health and nutrition. She discusses how to eat, what to cut back on and eat more of, and how to balance a lifestyle of a good diet and exercise regimen.
